The short version: we rework your song free, as many times as it takes — and if it still isn't right, your money back within 30 days.
Before you approve the song
- Free revisions, unlimited. A name, a line, the feel — tell us and we rework it.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Not happy? Full refund within 30 days of purchase, any time before you approve the song.
Approving the song
Pressing Approve tells us the song is right and starts your film. Because the film work begins immediately, approval is where the money-back window ends — it says so right on the button.
After your film arrives
- One free film revision — tell us what to change and we re-edit.
- Our mistakes are always free to fix. A wrong name, a mispronunciation, a photo you excluded — fixed at no charge, without using your revision, whenever you find it.
